Whats a good bank with over draft protection and identity theft protection ?

US bank just screwed me over, someone stole my credit card and charged 100 dollars on it that i didn’t have and now im trying to combat the 250$ is overdraft the bank has charged me.Isn’t it messed up the bank robbed me worse than the original thief.Anyway ,can someone recommend a decent bank in Missouri?
